The Mary Rose TVC

I was fortunate to do some VFX work for TLS (now called Cinova) on a TV Ad for The Mary Rose. I composited in the shadows of Tudor figures for every shot. The trickiest one was getting Henry VIII right at the end, as he needed a bit of extra animation added on top of the green screen footage. This was padding out the shoulders, accentuating the hat and also making his legs more defined in the silhouette. Overall, I think the advert came together brilliantly. All the acting, cinematography, colour grade, editing and sound design was superb!
