Downing

It was great to work with Film Punks to finish off the work on this 3D animation for Downing. The bulk of the main initial work was done by another very talented animator. I picked it up when it needed to be retextured from native Cinema4D scanline textures, to a more tactile paper texture style in Redshift.

I retextured the entire project; a substantial undertaking. I animated the intro where the book cover looked like a painting, with still assets supplied to me. I also animated the outro, as well as created the scenes for both, so that the pop-up book looks to be on a wooden table top. I had to tweak and reanimate a few scenes within the animation as well.

So, I basically took something that had a great foundation already, with a lot of hard work put into it, and reworked the entire thing, A large task. It was great to have been able to contribute and complete it:
